Back to business for Sébastien LoebThe Alsatian is in the United Arab Emirates to compete in the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge, the second round of the 2025 W2RC season.
Things got serious this Sunday with the first of five stages scheduled for the week, with 243 timed kilometers between Al-Aïn and Mezeer'ah. A month after his disqualification from the Dakar, the trend was not to attack for Sébastien Loeb, anxious to find his marks on the sandy terrain of the event.
The Dacia driver therefore first sought sensations and increased the pace at the end of the stage. However, it was not enough to take the victory from Lucas Moraes (Toyota), winner with a lead of just over a minute.
