We knew the date (April 25-27) but the program was still missing. No problem, it's done! And the least we can say is that this KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique 2025 promises to be thrilling. The veil was lifted at the Rétromobile Show and the official presentation of the event on the FFSA stand, even if some announcements will remain secret for a few more weeks...

In the meantime, this 7th edition of the KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique, the 5th organized on the Paul-Ricard Circuit, maintains its principles to offer " for enthusiasts a unique opportunity to see decades of motorsport unfold before their eyes ". So what should we expect this year? From everything, even fromEndurance !

One of the main attractions will be the presence of the Renault R25 on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Drivers-Constructors double by the young Fernando Alonso. " The anniversary had to be celebrated in style (…) The KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique will provide the opportunity to celebrate this anniversary in style. » On site, spectators will be able to enjoy an exhibition retracing the Renault saga in Formula 1 while several single-seaters from the Losange will take to the track during a parade, both on Saturday and Sunday. The R25 will be in the hands of Franck Montagny, without forgetting the RS10 turbo driven by Jean-Pierre Jabouille in 1979 entrusted to his son Victor, while Rene Arnoux and Nicolas Prost will take turns aboard the RE40 ex Alain Prost of 1983.

Still in the history, many former drivers have answered the call. Starting with the legend Alain Prost, as well as Jean Alesi (also President of the Paul Ricard Circuit), Jacques Villeneuve, Jean Alesi, David Coulthard, Mark Webber, René Arnoux and Philippe Alliot.

On the sports level, no less than 13 races are on the program for this KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique 2025, including two F1 grids. To which must be added grids F2 et F3 Classic Interseries and the Lurani Formula Junior Trophy, but also Endurance, celebrated with two new races from the Masters Group C. A major new feature of this 7th edition, this latest grid will offer fans the opportunity to see former star cars from the 24 hours of Le Mans from the period 1982/1993.

« Le KENNOL Grand Prix de France Historique is aimed at enthusiasts who have been following Formula 1 for years, but also at those who are discovering it., entrusts Jean Alesi. Today, it is the only major national F1 event! We will be able to meet legendary drivers in the paddock, we will be able to approach iconic single-seaters. And what better setting to experience these moments than the Paul Ricard Circuit which hosted the Formula 1 French Grand Prix for 23 years. It will be a real pleasure to share with the public and with my friend Alain Prost and the other champions who will do me the pleasure of being there this year. We still have some great surprises in store for you, be there »
