What to expect from the 2025 Tour de Corse Historique route?

The route of the 25th edition of the Tour de Corse Historique combines tradition and innovation, with a clever mix of legendary and new roads. Among the expected highlights: the start and finish in Calvi; the return from Ajaccio; and a "new" stage town, Bonifacio, which promises breathtaking images.

8 days of celebration in the Tour de Corse Historique 2025

Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October
Technical & Administrative Checks
Calvi

For the first time, the Tour de Corse Historique will take up residence in Calvi. For four days, the city will be celebrating with an exhibitor village and free entertainment, including the passage of the 380 teams under the inspection tent.

Monday October 6
Driving Session & Opening Night
Calvi

An untimed special stage of a few kilometres will allow each crew to perfect their preparation, within the limit of three authorised passes. In the evening, drivers and co-drivers will be invited to a briefing followed by a festive evening.

Tuesday October 7
Step 1
Calvi – Calvi

The first day will be in the form of loops… In the plural because the competitors registered in Competition and Regularity will not take the same route. They will pass under the starting arch alternately, before joining their respective special stages.

Wednesday October 8
Step 2
Calvi – Ajaccio

The caravan will head south along the west coast of the island. At midday, the competitors will stop in Évisa, one of the most picturesque villages on the island, before continuing their route to Ajaccio where the rally has not passed since 2020.

Thursday October 9
Step 3
Ajaccio – Bonifacio

The competitors will continue towards the extreme south of the island, passing through Cozzano. The arrival of the stage will mark a major first for the rally which, in 24 editions, has never stopped in Bonifacio. The spectacle promises to be magnificent!

Friday, October 10
Step 4
Bonifacio – Lucciana

The tour of the island will continue along the east coast, with a regrouping park at Moriani-Plage then an arrival at Lucciana (Bastia-Poretta airport) in the area that was set up in 2016 to serve as a base camp for the Tour de Corse. WRC.

Saturday, October 11
Step 5
Lucciana – Calvi

For the final stage, the competitors will head to Balagne. After five days of racing and around 1 km of road, it is in Calvi that the finishers and winners of each category will be celebrated.
