Most of them know me well, and know that I'm passionate aboutAlpine-Renault… and of course, that magnificent victory at Le Mans in 78. The observation is justified; Didier Pironi and JP Jaussaud must be credited with this great victory 🏆 👍. At the time, beating the Porsche armada was prodigious… First, the domination of Jabouille/Dépailler in the A443 until early morning, then the engine failure, and then Didier and JP, who went on to win the race… in the A442B. If anyone has this race on VHS or DVD, I'd be interested in buying it. alainkf1@pt.lu 😎👍. Alain Féguenne, F1 Competitions - 24 Hours of Le Mans - WEC. Have a great day everyone…

It's strange, I was there and yet I completely forgot about this race, except that it was very hot, unlike the previous year which was much more exciting.

Hello everyone, Why is Jean-Pierre Jaussaud mentioned in the article and not in the title? Giving Didier Pironi the spotlight is great, but his teammate deserves it too. Perhaps you think I'm nitpicking?
