Dream debut for Romain Dumas and RD Limited: “So proud of the team”

It's hard to do better for your first competitive outing. On the occasion of the opening round of the 2024/2025 ALMS campaign, RD Limited, the structure launched by Romain Dumas a few months ago, made a perfect debut.
In this double-header on the Sepang track in Malaysia, the trio of the Oreca 07 N°30 (James Allen-Tristan Vautier-Fred Poordad) was extremely efficient for an almost perfect record. Two races, two podiums and a victory. The latter was even signed on the occasion of the first race in the history of RD Limited at the end of an incredible fight against the N°83 of AF Corse. A great way to get back on track after being refused the candidacy for theELMS Few days ago.

On Sunday, second place crowned a dream weekend and above all a promising one for this brand new project which is not lacking in ambition. The team was perfect again, no mistakes in the pits and good decisions in strategy, continues the double winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans to the general. Mission accomplished for this first in ALMS. RD Limited now has a date in Dubai next February (8-9) where it will be at the top of the championship. Just that!
