Despite the weight of the years, the 488 still remains today the weapon of Maranello in GT, Cavallino Rampante having chosen not to develop a competition version of its F8 Tributo. The next generation will arrive in 2023, probably based on the 296 GTB, and developed with the French Oreca. But in the meantime, grandma is resisting.
