Winners of the GTD category in 2016, both overall and IMSA than on the specific classification of the North American Endurance Cup, the duo Christina Nielsen – Alessandro Balzan will put their titles on the line this year at the 24 Hours of Daytona (January 28-29).

The crew of the Ferrari 488 GT3 Team Corsa will be joined for the first event in Florida by the Briton Sam bird. The AF Corse pilot in WEC, who competed in the Florida double-lap in 2014 in PC with Starworks Motorsport, will also be accompanied at Daytona by Matteo Cressoni. The Italian will also be lined up for the other rounds of the NAEC, namely Sebring, Watkins Glen and Petit Le Mans.
