37 cars in Petit Le Mans

The Petit Le Mans final in just over a week will pit 37 cars against each other between the three categories Prototypes, GTLM and GTD. Lucas di Grassi and Mathieu Jaminet will be there.

37 cars in Petit Le Mans

Traditional final meeting of the season IMSA, Petit's test Le Mans, contested on the Road Atlanta track (Georgia), will be able to count on 37 cars at the start on the weekend of October 13 and 14.

14 prototypes, divided between DPi and LM P2 will be in action, with the fight for the title which should mainly be between the crews of Action Express Racing (Felipe Nasr and Eric Curran) and CORE Autosport (Jon Bennett and Colin Braun) . Romain Dumas will support the CORE Autosport duo.

Note the reinforcement at Mazda Team Joest Racing of Lucas di Grassi, who will support Oliver Jarvis and Tristan Nunez on the No. 24 RT77-P.

En GTLM, Mathieu Jaminet fera ses débuts dans la catégorie au sein du Porsche North America, sur la 911 RSR n°912 aux côtés de Laurens Vanthoor et Earl Bamber. Frédéric Makowiecki viendra soutenir Patrick Pilet et Nick Tandy sur la n°911.

Sébastien Bourdais will find the No. 66 Ford GT with Joey Hand and Dirk Müller. For the return of Ferrari 488 GTE – Risi Competizione, the Texan structure will be able to count on the presence of Andrea Bertolini, Toni Vilander and Miguel Molina.

In GTD, Robert Renauer, titled in ADAC GT Masters with Herberth Motorsport and Mathieu Jaminet, will be lined up in the Wright Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R.
