ALMS – Muscle Milk on pole at Virginia Raceway

If Muscle Milk Pickett Racing stumbled in the streets of Baltimore, the HPD ARX-03a seems well on its way to quickly forgetting this slump. Klaus Graf and Lucas Luhr achieved another pole at the Virginia Raceway International with a time of 1'35"434, almost a second ahead of the Dyson Racing Lola B12/60 driven by Chris Dyson and Guy Smith. After its overall victory in Baltimore, Level 5 Motorsports finished second in LMP2 (fifth overall), Christophe Bouchut and Scott Tucker having caused the HPD ARX-03b to fail four tenths behind the Conquest Racing Morgan driven by Martin Plowman and David Heinemeier Hansson.

The GT category pole went to Extreme Speed Motorsports, Scott Sharp and Johannes van Overbeek setting a time of 1'45 ahead of the BMW E988 M92 of Dirk Müller and Jonathan Summerton. Corvette monopolizes the second row of the category with the C3 ZR6 of Galvin-Milner ahead of the sister car of Magnussen-Garcia. Le Black Swan Racing est en pole des GTE Am avec la Porsche n°34 de Damien Faulkner et Peter LeSaffre. CORE s’illustre de nouveau en LMPC avec la pole de Jonathan Bennett et Colin Braun.
