ALMS – Rebellion still on pole at Laguna Seca

Dyson Racing must have been keen to respond to Rebellion Racing, but it will still be the Lola B12/60 from the Swiss team which will start from pole at Laguna Seca. Neel Jani took pole with a time of 1'13"429 while the Lola B12/60 driven by Guy Smith could only get less than four tenths closer. Klaus Graf places the HPD ARX-03a half a second behind the reference time. The HPD ARX-03b from Level 5 Motorsports are at the forefront of the LMP2s, with Marino Franchitti setting the best time in 1'16"642. Colin Braun takes pole in LMPC with a time of 1'17"382.

L’écurie Core est aux avant-postes puisqu’elle était également sur le point de décrocher la pole en GT avec la Porsche 911 GT3 RSR. Patrick Long a finalement échoué à moins d’un dixième de la Ferrari 458 Italia Risi of Matteo Malucelli while the Falken Porsche driven by Bryan Sellers completes the top three. In GTC, Jeroen Bleekemolen offers a new pole for Alex Job Racing.
