Dragonspeed with Lapierre at the 24 2019 Hours of Daytona

American team Dragonspeed will be busy at the start of 2019. In the LM P1 and LM P2 programs in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) within the 2018-19 Super-Season, the US structure will return to 24 Hours of Daytona (Florida, January 26-27), two years after his last participation.

For the occasion, Dragonspeed reiterates its confidence in its trio of drivers seen in European Le Mans Series (ELMS) in 2018 aboard an Oreca 07-Gibson. French Nicolas lapierre will therefore team up with the Swede Henrik Hedman and the Englishman Ben Hanley.

This same crew had competed in the opening event of theImsa in 2017 in surplus company Loïc duval (39th), and had set promising times during the collective tests. Dragonspeed first came to Florida in 2011, with a Ferrari F430 in GT class (29th).
