IMSA – Alex Brundle replaces Bruno Senna at United Autosports

After competing in the 24 Hours of Daytona (Florida) with two Ligier JS P217s last January, one of which featured Fernando Alonso, the British team had decided to continue its commitment to the North American Endurance Cup, namely the Sebring, Watkins Glen and Petit rounds Le Mans.

For the twelve hours organized at Sebring, Paul di Resta was to play alongside Phil Hanson and Bruno Senna, but the latter ultimately did not take his place and was replaced by Alex Brundle.

The son of Martin Brundle will once again find the team with which he won the LM P3 title in ELMS in 2016, after being engaged with Jackie Chan DC Racing in 2017 in WEC. The Briton tested the French LM P2 for the first time during the last official tests organized at Sebring.
