IMSA – Alexandre Prémat joins Scuderia Corsa

A regular at the V8 Supercars championship events for several seasons, Alexandre Prémat will take part in the testsEndurance of the WeatherTech Sportscar Championship in 2016 in the United States. The 33-year-old Frenchman will be lined up in a Ferrari 488 GTLM in the training Team Corsa, over the four rounds constituting the North American Endurance Cup.

Daytona (January 30-31) and Sebring (March 19) in Florida, as well as Watkins Glen (New York) on July 3 and Petit Le Mans in Georgia on October 1, will constitute the program of the former champion Formula Renault 2000, who will be accompanied by the Italian Alessandro Pier Guidi and the Brazilian Daniel Serra.

The team will not, however, abandon the GTD category, since a 488 GT3 entrusted to the Dane Christian Nielsen, assisted by the Italian Alessandro Balzan will also be taking part in all the events of the season. The American Jeff Segal and the German Robert Renauer will complete the crew for Daytona.
