IMSA – Risi Competizione finalizes its crew for Daytona

The Risi Competizione will run with a substantially identical crew for the 24 Hours of Daytona (January 27 and 28) compared to last year. The Florida structure will recall Toni Vilander and James Calado to support Alessandro Pier Guidi.

The Italian will take the place of his compatriot Giancarlo Fisichella and will be the only one to participate in the Roar before the 24 held from Friday January 5 to Sunday January 7 at the wheel of the Ferrari 488 GTLM n°62. He and James Calado won the GT category title of the WEC last year with AF Corse. The Risi Competizione obtained third place in the GTLM category last year on the US double clock.

The American team will enter a second car bearing the Prancing Horse in the GTD category. The #82 line-up has already been confirmed with Miguel Molina racing alongside a trio of Mexican drivers consisting of Martin Fuentes, Santiago Creel and Ricardo Perez of Lara.
