Johnson, Pagenaud, Kobayashi and Rockenfeller reunited with Action Express / Hendrick

For his first steps in Endurance, Hendrick Motorsports will not be shy by fielding a quartet made up of its favorite driver in Nascar Jimmie Johnson, associated with simon pagenaud, Kamui Kobayashi and Mike Rockenfeller, three drivers more than experienced in long events.

The crew will drive a Cadillac DPi-VR, sporting Johnson's famous No. 48 in Nascar, the same car with which Kobayashi won the last two editions with Wayne Taylor Racing. No trace, however, of Chase Elliott in the crew, Rick Hendrick had a time announced at Daytona.

A guarantee of quality for Hendrick and Action Express, who will put the car and drivers on track next week, December 8 and 9 for preliminary runs before the Roar Before the Rolex 24 from January 22 to 24, 2021, which will be determined via a qualifying race the starting grid for the Florida double round of the clock on January 30 and 31.
