Marcel Fässler replaces Tommy Milner at Corvette in Canada

Corvette Racing will have to do without the services of Tommy Milner ce week-end pour l’épreuve du Canadian Tire Motorsports Park au Canada.

Corvette Racing therefore recalled at the last minute Marcel Fassler, which evolves on the tests ofEndurance and 24 Hours of Le Mans with the American brand. Former Audi Sport driver will support Oliver Gavin and make his Canadian track debut in the event IMSA.

This is also the first time Tommy Milner will miss a race for Corvette since joining the team in 2011. “On the advice of doctors, there is too much risk of further injury and it would be best to allow time to heal, Milner says. I can't wait to get back in the car as soon as I can. In the meantime, I'm glad we can call on Marcel. »

Milner will have his condition reassessed before the Lime Rock meeting in a fortnight.
