Petit Le Mans – H9: Final fight between the Acuras

The 25th edition of Petit Le Mans enters its final hour with the No. 02 Cadillac driven by Earl Bamber leading the race. The New Zealander is followed by his teammate Renger van der Zande in the No. 01 from the Detroit (Michigan) firm. Behind, Filipe Albuquerque occupies third place on the podium for Wayne Taylor Racing, but the Portuguese is mainly focused on keeping Tom Blomqvist (Meyer Shank Racing) at bay with a view to the Drivers and Teams titles. As a reminder, Acura has already won the Manufacturers' title.

The start of the last hour saw an incredible twist. Fighting at the head of the race, Earl Bamber and Renger van der Zande collided and both ended up in the wall, giving the two Acuras the first two places!

Louis Delétraz leads the LM P2 category with the No. 8 Tower Motorsport Oreca ahead of Sebastian Montoya in the No. 81 DragonSpeed ​​USA and Tristan Nunez in the No. 11 PR1 Mathiasen Motorsport.

Andretti Autosport is still leading the LM P3 category with its No. 320 Ligier JS P36 and Gabby Chaves at the wheel. He is followed by Garett Grist in the No. 30 of Jr III Racing and Malthe Jakobsen in the No. 33 of Scan Creech Motorsport.
