First appearance at Daytona for Chase Elliott

Crowned in Nascar for the first time in his career last November, Chase Elliot will discover a race other than stock car racing. Next January, the Hendrick Motorsport driver will be competing in the 24 Hours of Daytona with the No. 31 Action Express Cadillac DPi-VR.

« The 24 Hours of Daytona is a major event and it is a race that everyone respects in motorsport, said Chase Elliott. Everyone wants to establish themselves there before the end of their career. It's different from the environment I'm used to and above all something I've never tried before. I'm trying to open up and diversify as a pilot ».

Chase Elliott recently had the opportunity to drive the Action Express car using the team's simulator. “ We were surprised by his speed, his feedback and how easy he is to work with. We are delighted to work with him for the next 24 Hours of Daytona », explains Gary Nelson, team manager of the team.

At the 24 Hours of Daytona (January 29-31), Chase Elliott will share the No. 31 Action Express with Felipe Nasr, Pipo Derani and Mike conway.
