Rahal replaces Rossi at Petit Le Mans at Acura Team Penske

Current second of theIndyCar Series, championship that he competes in the colors of Andretti Autosport, Alexander Red will participate on October 13 in Bathurst 1000, the flagship event of Australian Supercars. He will share the wheel of a Holden Commodore run by Walkinshaw Andretti United with Canadian James Hinchliffe.

Brilliant within Acura Team Penske at the 24 Hours of Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring, he will be replaced at Petit Le Mans (October 12), final of theIMSA SportsCar Championship, by Graham Rahal, who held the same freelance position last year with the Mooresville team.

Rahal will therefore share the wheel of the No. 05 Acura ARX-7 with Helio Castroneves and Ricky Taylor, while on the No. 6, the pair Juan Pablo Montoya-Dane Cameron – leading the general standings – should once again be supported by simon pagenaud.
