USC – Action Express takes control at Daytona

The 24 Hours of Daytona, opening round of the season United Sportscar Championship and North American Endurance Cup have entered their final quarter. After a crossover between the Wayne Taylor Racing and Chip Ganassi Racing, it's the turn of the title holders Sébastien Bourdais, Joao Barbosa and Christian Fittipaldi to take control of the race at the wheel of Action Express Racing’s No. 5 Corvette DP. The trio filled his delay conceded earlier in the race and is now ahead of the Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette DP and the No. 02 Riley-Ford DP of Ganassi.

In GTLM, the No. 7 Corvette C4.R dominated before the last interruption but contact forced Oliver Gavin to return to the pits before starting back in 3rd position. Ryan Briscoe's No. 3 sister car leads in front of the #4 BMW Z25 of Team RLL

On PC, CORE Autosport has a solid lead over PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports while in GTD, the No. 93 Riley Motorsports Dodge Viper ahead of the #458 Ferrari 64 Italia of the Team Team Corsa.
