USC – Memo Rojas leaves Chip Ganassi Racing

After eight years of good and loyal service alongside Scott Pruett, Memo Rojas leaves Chip Ganassi Racing with whom he celebrated many successes. The 34-year-old Mexican has won four Grand-Am titles (2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012) and three victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona (2008, 201 and 2013), but also three victories at the 6 Hours of Watkins. Glen (2008) and another at the 12 Hours of Sebring this season. It was the end of the partnership with Telmex which caused the departure of Scott Pruett's teammate.

“I thank the entire organization and especially Chip Ganassi for these eight wonderful years”, declared Memo Rojas who won a total of 30 victories with this team. “I also have a thought for my teammate Scott Pruett with whom we fought together during all these seasons. I will keep all these good memories in my memory, even if all good things come to an end in life. I am looking forward to revealing my new projects."
