Magny-Cours, Friday November 26. The noise died down. A familiar face emerges from the Ligier immobilized in its box. This is Olivier Pla, a house driver who drove from 2011 to 2013 for Oak Racing with the Morgan LM P2 (2nd in the category at 24 Hours of Le Mans 2013), then in 2014 with the Ligier JS P2 then operated under the G-Drive banner. If the Toulouse resident made the trip, it was in his capacity as responsible for the development of the JS PX. An “ultimate” prototype whose idea came from Pierre Nicolet, the general director of Ligier Automotive. “ I am very happy to work again with Ligier, with Jacques and Pierre Nicolet, Olivier Pla tells us.
