Porsche and Iron Dames strengthen their partnership in 2025, Gatting promoted to official driver

It was no longer a secret: after a laborious season with the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo2 in Endurance, the Iron Dames team quickly turned to Porsche for the 2025 season, while Iron Lynx – the not-so-sister team – has partnered with Mercedes for the next year.

It's quite simple: the Iron Dames will drive the Porsche 911 GT3 R in the four main Endurance championships, namely the Endurance World Championship (WEC), TheIMSA, the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) and the Asian Le Mans Series (ALMS)! An association such that it led the two parties to launch a major cooperation, beyond even the simple commitment of German mounts in Endurance.

Porsche and Iron Dames are joining forces to strengthen their commitment to motorsport and beyond, particularly in the detection and promotion of women in the discipline. At the same time, Michelle Gatting is joining the Porsche factory drivers' fold, and will compete in the four main championships in 2025 as a Gold driver. That's not all, as Karen Gaillard, recently named Junior Porsche Carrera Cup France 2025, will be part of the Iron Dames crew for the 24 Hours of Daytona. Last November, Marta Garcia also had the opportunity to take the test reserved for female drivers in Formula E, in Madrid, with Porsche.
