24 Hours of Le Mans – Fisichella and Beretta as reinforcements

AF Corse put a lot of pressure on its opponents by dominating the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in both GTE categories. There Ferrari n°51 of Gianmaria Bruni and Toni Vilander proved untouchable last weekend in the Belgian Ardennes and will be one to watch closely in the 24 Hours of Le Mans June 14 and 15. The F458 shared by the Italian and the Finn will be all the more formidable with the reinforcement of Giancarlo Fisichella, registered this year in USC with Risi Competizione, who notably has a podium won in Sarthe in 2011.

The Italian team which won in its category in 2012 has not forgotten its second Ferrari with the number 71 and driven by Davide Rigon and James Calado who took the last step of the podium at Spa-Francorchamps behind the Porsche 911 by Patrick Pilet and Jörg Bergmeister. The crew will be completed by Oliver Beretta who knows the F458 perfectly by participating this season in theELMS with SMP Racing.

Before the trip to Sarthe, Gianmaria Bruni and Toni Vilander are at the top of the GTE Pro Drivers' standings with three points ahead of the Pilet-Bergmeister duo.
