24h of Le Mans – The list of 60 cars entered

The traditional press conference of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest in Paris put an end to the suspense for many teams and drivers. Jani – Lieb) et deux Audi R18 e-tron quattro (Fässler ? Tréluyer ? Lotterer et Di Grassi ? Duval – Jarvis). Toyota qui a révélé son programme hier, alignera deux TS050 Hybrid pour Buemi ? Davidson? Nakajima and Conway ? Sarrazin, joined this year by the Japanese Kamui Kobayashi. On the private LM P1 side, two R-Ones from Rebellion Racing and the CLM P1/01 from Team ByKolles will be back.

It is in LM P2 that we find the greatest number of entries with 22 contenders for victory in the category. The duel between the Ligier JS P2s led by the Extreme Speed ​​Motorsport teams (winner at the 24 Hours of Daytona), Michael Shank Racing, or Ricardo Gonzalez Racing by Morand (with a trio Ricardo Gonzalez? Bruno Senna? Filipe Albuquerque) and the Oreca 05 of G-Drive Racing (Berthon – Rusinov), of Thiriet by TDS Racing which will count Mathias Beche in its ranks, should be very lively. Manor will enter Endurance by opting for this model with Tor Graves. The Gibson 015S from G-Drive Racing, or the BR 01 from SMP Racing will also be able to referee the fight in LM P2. A second Alpine will be entered by David Cheng's team.

In GTE Pro, the big news comes from the arrival of the four Ford GTs from Chip Ganassi Racing (where we find the French Sébastien Bourdais and Olivier Pla) who will challenge the defending champion Corvette C7.Rs in Sarthe. The news Ferrari 488 GTE, (two for AF Corse for Bruni? Calado and Bird? Rigon, one for Risi with Vilander? Fisichella) will be there, while only two Aston Martin Vantage of the AMR and two Porsche 911s from Porsche Motorsport for the Bamber trios? Christensen? Makowiecki and Estre? Pintail? Tandy will be present. The list is completed by the 911 RSR from Dempsey Racing by Proton where we will find Richard Lietz.

The GTE Am category features the presence of TDS Racing with an Aston Martin Vantage (following the GTC title won in ELMS in 2015) where Eric Dermont will be associated with Franck Perera. AF Corse, Clearwater Racing (winner in GT in the Asian Le Mans Series) and Scuderia Corsa will still place their trust in the now old 458 Italia. L'arbre Competition will be back with the Corvette C7.R.

The 56th stand has been reserved for the SRT41 project of Frédéric Sausset, a quad amputee who is competing this year in ELMS, and who will drive alongside Christophe Tinseau.
