The first provisional list of entrants for the next round of the World ChampionshipEndurance in Mexico (September 1 – 3) has been revealed and only has 26 cars for this first non-European round.

In LM P1, Porsche et Toyota will keep their usual Jani – Lotterer – Tandy / Bamber – Hartley – Bernhard crews for the German brand and Buemi – Davidson – Nakajima / Conway - Kobayashi – Lopez in the Japanese clan. The LM P1 field will, however, be cut from the CLM P1/01 – Nismo of Team ByKolles, which is now focusing on the 2018 season.

In LM P2, the main change comes from the absence of second Alpine A470 n°35 Signatach Alpine. As a result, Matt Rao will give way to Andre Negro, who will support Gustavo Menezes and Nicolas lapierre. Tockwith Motorsports will not be there with its Ligier JS P217.

The GTE Pro categories, with Aston Martin, Ferrari, Ford and Porsche and GTE Am will not see any changes.
