6H from Fuji – H3: Problem on the Peugeot n°94

Spared from the problems at Fuji so far, Peugeot encountered its first damage of the weekend after 2h30 of racing. While the No. 94 was fighting for the podium against theAlpine A480, the 9X8 started to emit smoke at the rear and Loïc duval a dû se retirer dans son garage. La situation n’a guère évolué en GTE Pro pendant cette troisième heure : les AF Corse occupent les deux premières positions avec Alessandro Pier Guidi devant Antonio Fuoco. Michael Christensen est à la troisième place avec la Porsche n ° 92.

Henrique Chaves leads the GTE Am category with theAston Martin n°33 of TF Sport. While the English cars occupied the first three places, Satoshi Hoshino on the #777 of D'Station Racing then Nicki Thiim on the #98 Northwest AMR were surprised shortly before halfway by a wild Rahel Frey at the wheel of Iron Ladies n°85.
