First of all, how did the 6 Hours of Bahrain go?

We were in first and second position with both Porsche and we managed to stay ahead at the first corner. THE Ferrari They hung on for the first 4-5 laps and then they started to lose a little time. They lost more and more tenths per lap, following the relays. We had the same pace with the 91 and they didn't attack like crazy to win the race, because we are the ones fighting for the Drivers' championship.

Now that you have come back to within one point of Alessandro Pier Guidi and James Calado, what will this last race be decided on?

This will still come down to tire degradation, race management and strategy. Have a good time and a bit of luck with the Full Course Yellows too. But also their performance. The gap on their BoP is a weird one, it was too big on track for in my opinion.

In fact, it was revised for the 8 Hours. What do you think ?

The FIA and ACO took away engine power for the last weekend of the WEC compared to Monza, because they had more potential there than they showed the whole race. We have remained constant, true to ourselves, but it is difficult to know what they are doing. With this BoP they are in the middle between Monza and the first race here. In theory, this should give them three tenths. For our part, we will try to have the most consistent car possible, take pole to return to equal points (pole position earns one point in WEC. Editor's note) then win the race. Without putting pressure on ourselves, our main objective is to beat the 51 in this race. If we finish ahead, we win the championship.

Could there be team instructions this weekend?

Both championships are important for Porsche. There won't be much team instructions during the race, unless we have to go and get the 51 without wasting time.
