ARC Bratislava confirms its crew for 2021
During broadcasts of the World Endurance Championship (WEC), you won't be able to miss it thanks to its brightly colored livery. The Ligier JS P217 from the ARC Bratislava team will be present again in 2021, with a revamped line-up.
The boss Miroslav Konopka logically remains in the game. At 59, the Slovak gentleman-driver will compete in his fifth 24 Hours of Le Mans next August. The other two drivers will be British.
The youth asset will be provided by Tom Jackson (24 ans), habitué du British GT et de la Porsche Sprint Challenge outre-Manche. Il sera rejoint, uniquement pour l’ouverture à Spa (1er mai) par Darren Burke.
Retained in England at this time of the season, Oliver Webb will, however, compete in the other five WEC events with ARC Bratislava. He will try to finally see the checkered flag again at Le Mans after a series of six consecutive retirements! His last participation in LM P2 dates back to 2014, where he finished on the podium with Signatech-Alpine (3e).
