The Argentinian returned to the pits for the first time shortly before the end of the last hour of the race, to change the tires following a puncture.
But in the wake of this stop, José Maria Lopez was forced to complete almost the entire exit lap in slow motion, before returning to the pits once again. Toyota has changed the tires again on the No. 050 TS7 Hybrid, but no precise information has yet arrived to confirm the problem encountered.

The situation remains stable in LM P2 with Signatech Alpine in the lead ahead of Jackie Chan DC Racing.
The #85 – Keating Motorsports Ford GT remains in the lead in GTE Am, but a stop&go for a spin in the pit lane narrowed the gap to the #56 – Team Project1 Porsche.
