Delétraz: “One of the hardest races of my life”

Louis Delétraz is over the moon. The 23-year-old Swiss driver achieved the feat of winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual with the Rebellion stable Williams alongside Raffaele Marciello and “simracers” Nikodem Wisniewski and Kuba Brzezinski. If the race remains virtual, the feat is very real for this endurance event.

“I'm so happy, it's a real relief, rejoiced Louis Delétraz, the hero of the Swiss team. It was one of the hardest races of my life. It was a really long test where the slightest error was not allowed. We had a difficult start to the race where we suffered an accident. We came back into the game afterwards by returning to the leaders' lap. We managed to take the lead and create a lead. We had to save fuel at the end, it came down to just one lap. »

“The whole team did a great job. We are now preparing to return to reality by trying to do the same thing with Rebellion”, underlined the winner.

After this performance, Louis Delétraz is indeed preparing to resume real competition on circuits with the double round of the clock in Sarthe scheduled for September 19 and 20.
