While the 89th edition of 24 Hours of Le Mans has been postponed to the weekend of August 21-22, the LM P2 class already has a big favorite in its ranks. The winner in 2020, Paul di Resta, will return with the United Autosports team and a third Oreca 07.
The Scottish driver will not be entered this time with his usual teammates Phil Hanson and Filipe Albuquerque, aligned with Fabio Scherer. His driving companions are still unknown, on D-1 of the entry list published by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO).
