Maranello has confirmed the renewal of the contract of Gianmaria Bruni who has been competing in GT for several seasons for Ferrari.

Gianmaria Bruni extends with Ferrari

He is often considered one of, if not the best GT driver currently in the World Championship peloton.Endurance. Gianmaria Bruni and Ferrari announced the extension of their collaboration in a contract running over several years.

The 34-year-old Italian, from the world of car with a season in F1 in 2004, had moved into the world of GT in 2007. From then on, the Roman will line up successes in the Endurance category, notably at Le Mans (2008, 2012 and 2014) and two titles in WEC since 2013. The current leader of the GTE Pro ranking with his accomplice Toni Vilander is particularly awaiting the arrival of the new weapon from Maranello for 2016.
