Jaguar is reportedly considering returning to the 24 Hours. from the Mans

The announcement of the return of Porsche in Sarthe in LMP1 in 2014 (see here) would it give ideas to some? For the moment, everything must be taken conditionally, but according to the magazine MOTORSPORT, Jaguar would also consider making a comeback.

If XJ220s were seen at the start of the classic Le Mans in the mid-1990s, and an XKR took part in the event last year, the British brand, which now belongs to the Tata Motors group, is not no longer officially appeared at Le Mans since 1991.

Note that the firm has 7 victories in the world's most famous double clock tower to its name. (1951, 1953, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1988 and 1990). It remains to be hoped that this news will not remain just a rumor, and will be officially confirmed as quickly as possible by the main stakeholders.
