Jota makes his return in proto with Zytek

A full season in the European Le Mans Series and possible participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, this is what Jota's program will look like this season. The British team has in fact acquired a Zytek Z11SN-Nissan, reconnecting with a manufacturer with which it collaborated from 2004 to 2007. “Jota and Zytek have both enjoyed their excellent relationship over several years, and are delighted to be able to work together again on a very exciting new LMP2 project, explains John Manchester, Director of Operations at Zytek. Jota enjoys real credibility in the world of motorsport, and with the Zytek Z11SN, I am convinced that they will be talked about in the LMP2 category in the seasons to come.

Like last year, the drivers will be the British Simon Dolan and Sam Hancock. If the team is retained at Le Mans, the two men will be supported by the Japanese Haruki Kurosawa. “I loved the GTE, Hancock points out. But it?s always nice to come back as a prototype. The LMP2 category brings back good memories since I won the Le Mans Series there previously. (in 2004 with Courage Compétition. Editor’s note). I would really like to win another title. And if we're lucky enough to get an invite to Le Mans, grabbing a class win would really be the icing on the cake ». First meeting for Jota Sport and its Zytek Z11SN-Nissan, the tests ELMS March 9 and 10 on the Paul-Ricard circuit.
