It was only a matter of time, it's now official. THE 24 Hours of Le Mans 2021 will not take place on June 12 and 13 as originally planned. Given the current health situation, the ACO has decided to postpone the 89th edition of the Le Mans double clock tower.
As we announced to you in our No. 2301 and on our site, the Le Mans classic has been rescheduled for August 21 and 22. A postponement which could have consequences for the rest of the world championshipEndurance and ELMS.

The ACO made this decision in order to “ maximum visibility to competitors, partners and spectators, as well as to maintain the FIA calendar WEC current ».
The entry list for the next 24 Hours of Le Mans will be communicated on March 9.
