The BoP is still one of the main topics of conversation with each new round of the WEC. With the arrival of a new manufacturer in the Hypercar category for the 6 Hours of Monza, the Balance of Performance for the Italian round was particularly anticipated. The maximum energy per relay for the Peugeot 9X8 will be 909 MJ.

The Toyota GR010 Hybrid obtain a gain of 7MJ compared to 24 Hours of Le Mans, to reach 905MJ per relay. The Glickenhaus 007 LMH, which will be all dressed in blue in Italy, will benefit from 921MJ, 11 more than in Sarthe. The largest gain is granted to theAlpine A480 with 42MJ added, for a total of 795MJ.

The Hypercar Performance Balance for Monza

Peugeot embedding a hybrid system like Toyota, the French firm will have to deal with a minimum trigger speed, another data used as a lever for the BoP. As announced in AUTOhebdo, this will be 150 km/h for the two 9X8s entered. For Toyota, this value remains fixed at 190 km/h.

The maximum volume of fuel loaded by the Ferrari in LMGTE Pro is increased by three liters since Le Mans, being brought to 95 liters. THE Porsche 911 RSR – 19 will carry two liters more, for a capacity increased to 102. Nothing is changing at Corvette.

In LMGTE Am, the Ferraris also get a three-liter increase (92 liters). The Porsches go to 99 liters, compared to 97 at double clock.
