The 2025 World Championship seasonEndurance begins this Friday, February 28 with the 1812 km of Qatar.

Victorious in 24 Hours of Le Mans 2023, the Ferrari #51 will start from pole position thanks to Antonio Giovinazzi's performance in Hyperpole this Thursday. James Calado will be in charge of the start. The Briton will be accompanied on the front row by BMW's star recruit, the Dane Kevin Magnussen.

The second factory Ferrari will start in third position with Nicklas Nielsen at the wheel. He will be joined on the second row by Will Stevens in the No. 12 Cadillac of Hertz Team JOTA. The second car from the American manufacturer will follow in fifth place, driven at the start by Earl Bamber. René Rast will start in sixth position with the No. 8 BMW M Hybrid V20.

In the fourth line, we will find the first Toyota, No. 7 led by Mike conway, as well as Robert Kubica at the wheel of the No. 499 AF Corse Ferrari 83P. Alpine et Peugeot will share the fifth row with Ferdinand Habsburg in the No. 35 of the arrowed A and Paul di Resta in the No. 93 of the Lion brand.

You have to go down to the sixth line to find any trace of the first. Porsche, the n°5 driven at the start by Julien Andlauer. The Frenchman will have on his flank Loïc duval with the Peugeot n°94. Reigning world champion, Laurens Vanthoor will start in 13th position with the Porsche n°6 ahead of a former member of the German company, Frédéric Makowiecki at the wheel of theAlpine n ° 36.

Neel Jani will be in charge of the start for the No. 99 Proton Competition Porsche in 15th place. The Swiss will be joined on the eighth row by his former teammate Harry Tincknell at the wheel of theAston Martin Valkyrie #007. Finally, Sébastien Buemi (Toyota #8) and Marco Sørensen (Aston Martin #009) will share the last row in the Hypercar category.

In LMGT3, the McLaren will lead the way with Darren Leung driving the #95 and James Cottingham in the #59 on the front row.

The start of the 1812 km of Qatar will be given at 12:00, French time.
