The entry list for Portimão with the return of Corvette
For the opening round of WEC, pas moins de 32 voitures sont attendues sur la grille de départ. En Hypercar, les GR010 N°7 et 8 de Toyota vont faire leurs grands débuts en compétitions. La nouvelle catégorie reine de l’Endurance will be supplemented by the A480Alpine entrusted to Andre Negro, Nicolas lapierre and Matthieu Vaxivière.
The LMP2 field will be well stocked with 11 cars. JOTA will be present with two Oreca 07s. The American teams Dragonspeed and United Autosports will also be there. Team WRT hopes to enter the battle for victory with a strong line-up of Robin Frijns, Ferdinand Habsburg-Lothringen and Charles Milesi.
Back in WEC to prepare for the next 24 Hours of Le Mans, Corvette will go to Portimão as we already announced in our N°2297 (February 3) and on our site. Oliver Gavin et Antonio Garcia seront amenés à piloter la C8.R N°63 dans la catégorie LMGTE Pro où l’on retrouvera les deux 488 d’AF Corse et les deux 911 RSR de Porsche. L’équipe américaine sera également du rendez-vous à Spa le 1er mai prochain.
Finally, the GTE Am is present with 13 crews. Winner of the last 24 Hours of Le Mans, TF Sport reiterates its commitment to Endurance with the Vantage AMRAston Martin. Project 1, AF Corse, Proton Racing and Iron Lynx are also among the entrants.
