Porsche is celebrating its 70th anniversary by offering historic liveries on two of its 911 RSRs at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Le Mans – Historic liveries for two Porsche 911 RSRs

Porsche will commemorate its 70th anniversary 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 16-17) by lining up two of its 911 RSRs with historic liveries.

The No. 91 entrusted to Gianmaria Bruni, Richard Lietz and Frédéric Makowiecki will take on the colors of the Rothmans tobacco brand, notably seen on the 959 victorious in the 1986 Paris-Dakar, or on the 956 C and 962 C, both victorious twice. on the Sarthe test.

The No. 92 driven by Kévin Estre, Michael Christensen and Laurens Vanthoor will take on the “Pink Pig” livery seen on the 917/20 in 1971.

If Porsche will no longer be present in LMP1, the Stuttgart brand will be well represented in GTE with ten 911 RSRs, four of which will be lined up in GTE Pro.
