Le Mans – Interview with Patrick Dempsey

For the fourth time in his career, Patrick Dempsey will argue the 24 Hours of Le Mans next June 13 and 14. There he will find the tub of his Porsche 911 RSR of Dempsey-Proton Racing, which he will share in the double round of the Sarthe clock with Patrick Long and Marco Seefried, and with whom he is also playing this year in the World Championship ofEndurance.

“I once went to a ski competition and passed a 911 1979 Turbo convertible. That’s when I fell in love with this brand." explains the 49-year-old American who recently announced the end of his participation in the famous TV series Grey's Anatomy.

“I like doing both (actor and pilot, Editor’s note)? I have lots of great things planned, but this year, I really focus on the WEC … I have the opportunity to drive a Porsche 911 RSR, and I want to do it to the fullest, because it is an exceptional project and one that is close to my heart. »
