Le Mans – Frédéric Sausset in action with his Morgan

After a season of learning in VdeV Endurance Series last year with a Ligier JS 53, Frédéric Sausset's Team SRT41 project will take a new step in 2016.

The quad-amputee driver will make his debut at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, as part of the 56th stand, as confirmed by the ACO last June. Frédéric Sausset, accompanied in this adventure by his accomplice Christophe Tinseau, has done a first run yesterday with his Morgan LM P2, specially adapted by Onroak, on the Maison Blanche track at Le Mans.

The identity of the third selected driver has not yet been revealed and the first round of theELMS at Silverstone (April 16-17) should be on the crew’s agenda. The entry list for the 84th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans will be revealed tomorrow during the ACO press conference. Those committed to WEC and the ELMS will also be presented.
