Le Mans – H22: The #2 Audi finds itself alone in the lead!

Two hours before the arrival of the 82nd edition of 24 Hours of Le Mans, the duel between Audi and Porsche is experiencing a new adventure. The #20 Porsche of Mark Webber found itself idling and allowed the #2 Audi of André Lotterer to escape into the lead. The No. 18 R1 of Lucas di Grassi will take second place, which allows the Ingolstadt manufacturer to seriously consider a double and a 13th victory in the Sarthe!

G-Drive Racing remains in control of LMP2 with the #35 Ligier of Alex Brundle. But the gaps are closing at the front as the Briton sees the Thiriet by TDS Racing Ligier of Tristan Gommendy coming back like a bullet on the leading car. But the Jota Sport Zytek driven by Harry Tincknell follows just a few seconds behind. Nelson Panciatici replaced Oliver Webb on theAlpine which remains in fourth position.

Giancarlo Fisichella remains in the lead of GTE Pro on the Ferrari n°51 which is still ahead of the n°92 Porsche of Feed Makowiecki which increases its lead over the n°73 Corvette of Jan Magnussen, while Tommy Milner's sister car moved up to fourth position ahead of Stefan Mücke's #97 Vantage. Despite a slight warning, the No. 95 Vantage of Kristian Poulsen remains at the head of the category.
