Le Mans – H+7: The No. 8 Toyota takes over the No. 1 Porsche

The gaps remain tight at the head of the race since Stéphane Sarrazin only has a lead of 15 seconds at the wheel of the No. 7 Toyota over the No. 8 sister car. The #1 Porsche is still less than half a minute behind the leader. On the other hand, the No. 9 Toyota of Yuji Kunimoto is now more than a lap from the lead of the race after having been slowed down by a door problem.

Vaillante Rebellion remains in its bubble

The No. 31 Oreca of Bruno Senna is still in first position but the No. 13 sister car of Nelson Piquet Jr1 has lost a place to the No. 38 of Jackie Chan DC Racing driven by Oliver Jarvis.

The #97 Vantage remains leader in GTE Pro

The ranking does not change at the top of the GTE Pro. L'Aston Martin #97 of Darren Turner remains firmly in first place, ahead of the #20 Ford GT of Andy Priaulx by around 67 seconds. Stefan Mücke still completes the top three in the category in the No. 66.

Oliver Gavin gained a place in the #64 Corvette by a few seconds ahead of the #69 Ford GT of Richard Westbrook and the two AF Corse Ferraris. The GTE Pro peloton is grouped into a few hundred meters, with the exception of the first two cars.

The #98 Aston Martin of Paul Dalla-Lana still dominates GTE Am, having a lead of almost a lap over its closest pursuers.
