Frédéric Makowiecki believes that victory will still be difficult to achieve without a helping hand from the weather. “We would have a little advantage with the rain but we would like not to need it to win. But I don't think we would be able to win if the race was run entirely in the dry », admitted the 2010 Carrera Cup France champion.

“We had difficulty getting our tires to work because we were expecting higher temperatures. We will not do more than one double relay with the same train. We may return to our baseline settings established in 2014”, specified Frédéric Makowiecki, who will let his teammate Patrick Pilet take the start of the 83rd edition of the Sarthe double clock tour.
