Signatech-Alpine takes on the World Championship

After  two coronations in ELMS in 2013 and 2014, Signatech-Alpine will move to the next level this season. THEAlpine A450b, powered by the Nissan block, will be entrusted to the trio Nelson Panciatici? Paul-Loup Chatin and Vincent Capillaire, as we mentioned in issue 1997 of AUTOhebdo, available in digital version and on newsstands.

“This is an important step. This commitment to FIA WEC responds to a sporting logic and the ambition of the Brand,
indicates Philippe Sinault, Team Principal of Signatech-Alpine. Our goal is always to win, but this arrival in the World Championship is humbling. With eight races including 24 Hours of Le Mans, it will be a real season ofEndurance. Regulations require us to review the composition of our crew. Nelson Panciatici and Paul-Loup Chatin are joined by Vincent Capillaire. He is a very good Silver driver who we have had our eye on for a long time. He achieved great performances last year and we wanted to work with him. These three French drivers will form a very good team! »

Signatech-Alpine notably won third place in LM P2 last year at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
