A true Arlesienne of the world ofEndurance for several years, the arrival of the firm with the star in WEC has finally become a reality since Wednesday, November 20. It all started two years ago when the ACO announced that it would change the platform of the famous GT cars. Le Mans for GT3, Stefan Wendl tells us. This initially made us very optimistic about the possibility of introducing our cars into the championship. So we fulfilled all the obligations, made the letter of intent and followed the processes to be ready to homologate the car. However, we were disappointed when we were not chosen to join the series for 2024. We understood the reason and the decision of the selection committee was respectful.

"the selection committee decided, to my knowledge, to choose manufacturers already engaged in a Hypercar program, therefore with LMH or LMDH, or who have announced, at least officially, that they would soon engage in a program of this kind" This is absolutely false, McLaren and Ford are present in LMGT3 without any Hypercar program planned.
