Luc Alphand Adventures with BMW?

After a difficult 2009 season – especially on a financial level – for the Luc Alphand Aventures team, the 2010 program could move towards BMW with the acquisition of BMW M3 GT2 to accompany its C6.R.

While the association formed by Luc Alphand and Philippe Poincloux should be strengthened this winter by the arrival of a new partner, the Luc Alphand Aventures team is putting together a 2010 program which should include the new FIA GT1 World Championship but also by the Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

In FIA GT1, Luc Alphand Aventures could enter a Corvette C6.R, invited to the field with a kit aimed at “degrading” its performance. PK Sport, DKR and SRT could follow this logic.

For the Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, a project around the BMW M3 GT2 was launched. On the French side, we are mainly awaiting the 2010 compliance of this GT2 from the Bavarian manufacturer to progress in this direction.

The response is expected in December.
