Oreca ready to abandon the Hypercar for the LMDh

The future category LMDh, the result of the collaboration between the ACO and theIMSA, finally seems to have the privileges of Oreca. Hugues de Chaunac's structure should focus on this new category entered in IMSA and could thus participate in the American championship, and in particular the 24 Hours of Daytona in addition to the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

These LMP2s adapted with a standard hybrid system and specific bodywork will allow private teams to fight for victory in the general classification at limited costs compared to the Hypercar.
