Patrice Sulpice aims for the 24 2023 Hours of Le Mans

A young track cycling talent, Patrice Sulpice saw his life turned upside down in September 1995: an accident while training in Colombia left him paraplegic at just 21 years old. The resident of the French team then saw his career suddenly interrupted.

24 years later, the Frenchman is launching a new challenge: presenting himself at the start of the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2023. For this, the former world number one in track cycling will follow a well-defined course, covered for the first year by Patrick Barbier's Cool Racing.

Patrice Sulpice will first drive a Mitjet provided, with the aim of being in the race at the end of 2019. The presentation of Patrice Sulpice Racing took place at the Auberge du Père Bise, establishment run by his brother Jean Sulpice on the banks of Lake Annecy.
